Title: Rad Camel Print Curtains for my sewing studio
Post by: veggie head 4 life on December 30, 2008 01:59:16 PM
i finally took down the mini blinds that came with my house.
i had a bolt of this awesome cream colored camel print with mountains and triangles. it was actually destined to be a curtain (i think  :D ) because the camels & mountains were only on one end of the fabric when it was folded out.

check it out.

i made it double thickness by sewing the right sides together of two giant rectangles.  i left about two inches open on either side for the curtain rod to slide through.

here she is in all her glory. i know all the plants are in the way, but that is where they live .

i wanted to be able to swoop the curtain quickly for lots of light. so i placed my plant holder in just in right place.

you like-y?

hugs!
