Title: Yoda Cookies
Post by: alyw on March 04, 2005 11:12:21 AM
I would like to make Yoda cookies for my husband for his birthday. (March 23rd) I haven't been able to find a Yoda shaped cookie cutter so far. Has anyone seen one? I'm sure I could just cut them out by hand but any ideas or pictures would be greatly appreciated!!!

I saw on television a woman who makes her own cookie cutters.  Basically, you take sheet copper, cut a strip, an bend it into your desired shape.  find a picture of Yoda that has a descriptive outline, transfer it onto heavy cardboard, and bend your thin copper strip around it.  You could weld it, or add a handle, but I think you could make it work without welding.  Here is a website for inspiration, so you can see what I am talking about.
