Winner of Craft Challenge #38 – Eggcellent Upcycling

This month, our challenge was Eggcellent Upcycling. The challenge was to craft something from some of those really cheap, plastic eggs. Some people chose to use plastic holiday eggs while others put a twist on the good old Kinder Surprise egg.

There were many eggcellent entries this month, but only one winner of this challenge.

rackycoo spotted a whole flock of Floral-tufted Rackybirds in her backyard just in time for the challenge! Since not all of us are lucky enough to stumble across them in our yard, she’s provided a tutorial to create some of our own.

Here are a couple of my personal favorites! 🙂

Strawberryh crafted an entry titled, “The Eggsquisite Rose.” She included a tutorial for us as well!

GrammaBiskit entered, “Steampunk Fabrege Egg.” Her egg was adorned with polymer clay, copper and various watch parts to create a beautiful finished piece.

For winning, Rackycoo will get to choose one item from Craftster’s online shops!
