Are you one of those people who can not throw out scraps of fabric? Who knows, you might need that tiny piece for a project at a later time. Well, that time is now! Craftster member PurpleHeather shares their tutorial for Fabric Paper that will turn those bits and pieces into eclectic paper that can used for ATC’s, book coverings and other mixed media craft projects. Make your paper full of texture using leftover ribbon, scraps of paper and yarn. Don’t limit your imagination! This is a project that just begs for you to have fun with it.
