There is nothing better for a cold than a nice bowl of soup. It warms you up and fuels your body to fight off that nasty cough. Acadian Driftwood shares her recipe for a delicious Vegetarian Ramen Broth that makes an incredible meal. This broth is a great base to add other ingredients like tofu and meat substitutes. You can cook the broth up ahead of time, freeze it and use when you are ready. Got a stuffy nose? Add a little spice to the broth to clear those sinuses out. The best part about this recipe? You will stay away from those high sodium packets in the store-bought ramen. Less salt and more flavor…yes please!
