Don’t be so quick to say goodbye to summer. There are still summer veggies waiting to be eaten up. Craftster member MareMare once again wows us with her delicious recipes. This time around she uses up the last of her bounty and serves up Summer Vegetable Tian. What is Tian? It is a dish of finely chopped vegetables cooked in olive oil and then baked au gratin. Are you drooling yet? You can make this tasty treat any time of the year and it can be served as a main or side dish.

Transitioning from summer to fall can be a mouthwatering adventure when you cook with recipes from our Cooking Board. Have a fabulous Monday!
