Craftster member RedheadWithThread shares her recipe for these tasty little morsels. Instead of using store-bought hashbrowns, she actually shreds the potatoes herself for a more down-home flavor. This recipe is for your basic tater tot, but once you have mastered it why not try adding various flavors such as cheddar cheese or hot spices. You can feel good about serving these to your family since you know they are homemade. Whip up a large batch and freeze them for later meals.
