Pipe cleaner dinosaur Land of the Lost released in theaters Friday! What does this mean for me and you? Dinosaur crafts, of course.

I do have to admit, I have not yet seen the movie. Though, I am strangely enticed by the portion of the plot that reads, “in a world full of dinosaurs and other fantastic creatures.” Fantastic creatures? What are they? I have an undying need to know. Someone should PM me and let me know… 😀

None the less, Craftsters have made their own fair share of dinosaurs and fantastic creatures throughout the years. I quick scan of the “dinosaur” tag yields fabulous results (133 projects to be exact!).

Here are just a few of the projects that caught my eye.

Vegetarian dinosaur needlework Dinosaur scoodie Dinosaur costume
Dinosaur mural Stuffed toy dinosaurs Dinosaur stencil
Dinosaur hat and mittens Handfelted dinosaur egg Dinosaur zipper pouch

Your eyes are not deceiving you. The next batch not only contains dinosaur ornaments, but also a dinosaur cat hat.

Dinosaur soap Dinosaur ornaments Dinosaur bib
Dinosaur skirt Dinosaur cat hat Dinosaur hoodie

If you’ve seen the movie, I hope you enjoyed it! If not, I hope you’ll enjoy these dino crafts. 🙂

  1. Oh my gosh, these are cute ideas! I haven’t seen the movie, but I know my nephews (I don’t have kids yet) would just love some of these dinosaur crafts. Thanks for posting all the pics!

My SIL put together a dinosaur party for my niece, and they had a dinosaur egg hunt in the backyard. They paper mached smalls balloons, popped the balloon, put a toy inside and painted them to look like dino eggs. The kids LOVED it!
