Video - How to Store Nuts


Jenna Lebowich explains how to store nuts. They are a great source of protein, calcium, fiber and poly- and mono- unsaturated fats. If you use nuts frequently in your cooking you can store them in a zip top bag or in an airtight canister in a cool, dry place like your pantry or cabinet. But if you do not use your nuts very frequently you probably want to store them in your refrigerator or in your freezer.
