I am pre-menstrual, and I was craving chocolate, so I decided to make a chocolate cake...but *gasp* we didnt have any coco or sugar.........so being the clever wench that I am, I substututed 1 and 1/2 cup of nesquick, which covered ther sugar and coco thing. Here is the recepie:

3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 and 1/2 cup nesquick
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 stick of butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, in a separate bowl, combine eggs (beaten), butter/margarine and vanilla. Then combine both sets of ingredeints gradually, making sure to blend evenly. Add milk and mix well. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and pour cake batter into a bundt pan. Bake for  30 minutes or till you think cake is ready. Drizzle chocolate frosting over it while cake is still warm to keep it  moist. Enjoy!
