StrongBad craftalong-Revived July 2012!!

Anyone interested in doing a craftalong based on the StrongBad emails?  Here is a pouch that I did for a friend of mine.



I have some 'the cheat' inspired crafts lined up for this summer too.  Anyone interested in joining me???

I've been a craftster lurker for quite some time now, but the notion of a Strong Bad craftalong made me finally join the ranks of active craftsters. I made a Trogdor costume for my boyfriend a few years ago...I went as a burninated peasant.  We had a blast, and any Strong Bad/Trogdor related craft is go for me. : )

OK.  Here is my first craft for this strongbad craftalong!!!!  Yippie!!!

I had some yellow and black felt and couldn't think of what to do with it and then I was inspired by some felt patches made by another craftster, so I came up with this...



It's a awesomely felty The Cheat patch!!!!  I can't decide where to put him though.  We have been hiding him around the house so he can suprise the other when we find him.  I was thinking of:
A.  glueing a magnet to his back and sticking him on something metal
B.  sewing him onto a black messenger bag I have  (if I did that I think I would need to make him a light switch and give him a glow stick)
C.  sewing him to the back pocket of some jeans (a little kick in the cheat?)

any suggestions?

That patch is awesome!  All your ideas sound so great that I can't pick one. So make some more patches would be my suggestion.

I made a Strongbad cake for my brother when I made the cakes at coldstone. I think that was probably the most awesome thing I ever did. I'd totally be into making plush Trogdors or something...
