if I can just figure out the spiral looking twists, holding the 2 front tassels...

Beautiful belt Kasihime! I've just started crocheting it...I was wondering how you did your darts? I've just learnt the Tunisian double sided Afghan stitch so that I can start it, but I can't find any information about creating the sort of dart increase your illustration shows...am I missing something?  Wink

Hehe..

Glad im not the ONLY one having issues with the darts..

Im in the middle of researching that right now myself!!

*lol* I researched for ages and couldn't find an answer online, so I kinda botched my way through it Rissa, after a bit of puzzling, I created a dart by picking up 5 stitches at the beginning of a row, then casting them off again so I went backwards, then picked them up again and carried on till the end of the row. Does that make sense? It created a dart anyway! Grin

Actually, the way you explained that pretty much sounds like what I did. I didn't really know what I was doing at the time so I just played with it until I figured out something. I basically did a short row that was about 4 stitches wide, then worked back to the beginning of the row. Then I picked up those stitches and the stitches of the previous row that were unworked. It sort of creates an angle on the edge of the fabric you are working on.
