i was turned off by its appearance but bought a copy anyway, and have to say that it had a lot of useful tips, ideas, and loads of supply sources.  even if i don't do the projects they feature, i was inspired in other ways and found lots of stuff to add to my shopping wishlist! Smiley

I think it looks good, but I am still looking for an actual copy at the stores near me.  The two nearest bookstore chains don't seem to have it, but I'll keep looking!

Where did others find theirs?

I am having the same problem, I can't find it, but it looks pretty awesome.  I looked at the supermarkets, the bookstore chain around here and micheals and am not coming up with it anywhere.  Anyone?

I called around and tracked a copy down at one of the Borders in the area.  It was at one that's in a trendier, more expensive shopping area, though I'm not sure if that is a factor, and it was grouped with women's and home decorating magazines on a wall near the rest of the magazines.

I found it at Joann's on Saturday, after not finding it at Barnes and Noble.  After being so excited to see it (I'd gotten a blurb from a Plaid newsletter, and checked out the website), it wasn't all that.  The techniques are certainly not new, but I did like their sense of style.

I finally found a copy at Barnes & Noble.  I almost missed it, it's about the size of Teen Vogue (smaller journal size).

I'm sorry, but I didn't like it.  Cutting Edge is more interesting.  Maybe their second issue will be better. Embarrassed

I really liked some of the ideas!  It's very inspiring, although I may not be following their exact instructions.
