WOw. I have pony beads under my bed right now that are the EXACT same color as the ones you used. Freaky. Good job, its interesting to see the opaque ones.

Look at me, I'm on TV, it makes up for the shortcomings of being poor. Now I'm in a million pieces picked up for deliberation by the people listening at home, by the people watching on the telly...

You can never have too much fabric, too many beads or too many owls.

WOW you guys amaze me to death!!  I love ALL OF THEM!!!!!!
About the bangles---is there any way around a saw?  I'm scared of power tools...ok terrified...and If I asked my gramps to cut them he'd think I was nuts.

So I broke down and bought a crapload of pony beads this weekend  Grin I'm going to try to master the bangle, without the use of a wet saw or a torch. If the results are decent, I may post pics. Here's to hoping I don't burn down my apt building hehe

I definitely think you can do this by making your mold from foil and melting within it.

Good luck!!

Oh i totally forgot something i wanted to add for kappy & pinkyk.
Peanut oil and canola oil both have smoke points around 400F so they should be okay, i think, to use for a light greasing to release the beads, as long as you stay below that temp.

I'm pretty sure it is toxic.  (that hasn't stopped me yet, but it probably should)
