OK, so I finished up the little baby sweater this weekend but the really goofy thing is that I have zero idea of who will get it! At the moment no one in the family is having a baby and seeing as it took a month to make it will not go to just anybody that's for sure!  Cheesy

The pattern is called "Pretty Little Miss" and it's from a little booklet that my MIL gave to me around the same time that I bought that yarn (yeah, approx 9 years ago!  Tongue)

Really cute! Love the color!

Good thing is that you will be ready for a baby present when you need it!

Natto- Those cases are great! I don't have too much patience for hand sewing, unless it's hand piecing. The detail you put into them is wonderful.

I wish I could do things like that in the car. I get carsick.   Tongue

Sunny-That baby sweater is absolutely adorable! It looks so soft...

I am working on a crochet shopping bag from a free pattern at Lion Yarns. They have a bunch of free patterns there, and a lot of them are quite good. Hopefully will be finished by the end of the weekend.

Cool pattern! I might make it with a mesh stitch though!

They have one with a more open stitch. I think I'll try it next.

The first one is turning out a little stiff and bulky because I'm using acrylic worsted weight yarn, but it will soften as I use it. I put stripes in it, which has made it look pretty neat, too. Next one I think I'll try making from plastic bags.

I've finished my crochet bag. My gauge must have been much tighter than the pattern's because mine is much smaller. That's my stepdaughter modeling it for me.
