I got bored one day and decided I wanted to make soap. It's not super fancy soap because it's melt n pour stuff and the stuff came from Michael's (Thank you MareMare for details of Shay and Co! I bought a bunch of cool stuff there and I'm gonna buy more when I'm not broke as I spent my last 50 bucks there XD ) but I'm happy with it. It was really fun to make these. Smiley I gave a few to my mom, one for a swap, two will be going to my silly boyfriend tonight, and I have one I for sure wanted, but I may keep a few more for myself as well. I haven't decided what I want to do with them all yet. They're all shea or goats milk, depending on the bars. Sorry my pics kinda suck, it was night time, I was in the kitchen dining room, and ended up relying on my handy dandy iPhone. xP Some of these have oatmeal in them, and the scents for them are orange, light rose, orange/light rose mix, or cucumber and green tea (Varying in scent depending on how much I put in)

I ended up with 16 bars of soap all together.

Thank you Smiley That's kind of what got me started too haha! I really want to try HP or CP soap, but my grandma banned any type of lye from the house until summer at the soonest Cry I'm so sad! Ohwell, I've swapped for enough HP/CP soap to last me 'til around then probably. x)

Fun! I wish I had mentioned that Shay and Co sells a really good mp base that is higher quality and cheaper than the craft stores! If you need to buy anymore check there first!

When I went there on Monday, I noticed the long bars of MP stuff. If I wasn't set on candles and lip balm, I would have bought a few bars. I plan to pick up more stuff from there next week. I really like it there. Makes me wish I had absurd amounts of money though LOL. I'd have bought sooooooo much stuff if I had more than like 50 bucks. (And then I realized I needed to buy groceries. I got lucky that my grandma was buying groceries this week and didn't have enough on her list to get her to 75 bucks, she wanted the discount at Safeway, so she asked if I wanted anything, so I named off a few things I wanted so I could feed myself varying things until next week when I'm not broke lol)
