My best friend came over and showed me her Happy Hooker book yesterday. I absolutely fell in love with the Frou Frou and Preppy Jacket...but I'm a bigger girl (about a 1X usually) and I don't want to buy the book unless I can use those patterns for myself... How big do the sizes go in the book, or is there a simple way to modify the sizes? Huh

Please help! I'm dying to go buy this book and start making myself a sweater!

Hmm. For Prepster, it looks like it's up to a 48" bust, and you can adjust other pieces. Are you also tall? You might run into the problem where you can make it big enough, but then it will be too long, if you're short. I think they could be easily adjusted with experimenting.

FrouFrou looks really easy to adjust, and goes up to 50" bust.

The Prepster jacket also has special shaping for D-cups.
