This is probably a way stupid question ... but how did you do it?

It's just a tube top,one large panel and one smaller one (about 6 inches wide)I stitched in the tabs between the main part and the panel (which is there at the front) then sew it up and threaded the ribbon through. Sorry if I've not explained it too well. I think there are a few tutorials about though.
