*LOL* I thought it was pretty clever. My hubby has been gobbling them up. They taste similar to U.S. Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies. The penguins are already gone.

oh rosali sweetie, i am so sorry i haven't sent your goodies yet.
i brought everything to the office today and hopefully i won't have much to do in the afternoon so i'll buy what's missing in lunch hour and then i'll post everything.

everyone, i think i owe you an explanation about being late. being the organizer i should be the first but i have no idea how people  have a full time job and still have time to craft. i am having lots of difficulties getting adapted to this life style, after two months looking for a new house, moving to other city and then starting working part-time (but after a week they asked me to work the last month full time because of something that needed to be organized) i'm still figuring out how to make something that is not work or house work. then i also got a little broke at the end of the month because there were lots of things to buy for the new house and also my cat got sick and lots of money were spent on the vet and had no money to buy the supplies i needed to make rosali her things.
i'm feeling really bad about this, i just have no time to make things, i thought it would be easier to have time for my things but i'm still not able to manage my time properly.

P.S. You're doing a great job of organising, I can totally sympathise with the work/craft balance being hard. Swaps are great fun but your personal life has to come first. My cat Stanley had to go to the vet on Sunday and the bill was £500( ) so I know how you feel!

some of them are jade! and i totally like cherry earrings, in my favorite song there are lyrics:

in croatian/serbian, some figures of speech are different, so it makes a little more sense:) but i love that song:) and that image, i had cherry tree at home, and in the summer i was always making cherry earrings and wearing them, like this:



well... i miss my home.. who would've said that?

She sent me a knitted pouch, wooden picture frame, green tea (which I love), trinket tin, mentos ( I've already eaten them ), lollipop, beautiful beads, bubblebath balls, a pretty bracelet and a cute corsage/brooch.

Sorry for the delay in posting pictures (and my parcel). I think I've finally caught up with my life today, so here's a piccy of all the lovely things Spicey sent me. I've been really good and not allowed myself to eat any of the goodies until I'd got everything finished and taken pictures... it's been torture!



I received
A big tote bag with a purse attached and a cool keyring. This will be coming with me when I go to Cornwall in a fortnight taking a client on holiday.
3 different types of yarn which are all lovely and soft.
Seeds for carrots and some pretty looking blue flowers (i'm saving them for next year.)
Sweeties! Bakery type goods which I can't wait to tuck into now.
Assorted Beads
A lovely little purse
Sparkly Gel Pens
3 Handbag shaped Card toppers
2 necklaces, which are just my style
Some handmade lip balm and some Caramel Apple scented body spray which I'm actually using as a room spray... it's soooo nice!

i got my package from crnaofca but i haven't opened it yet because it is waiting for me in the post office, i will pick it today after i leave the office. i can't wait to open it, i'm so excited!!!

i loved it!

i was so happy when i started opening the package, i even delayed my lunch. who need to eat when you have a package full of yellow and red goodies? not me!!

the yellow and red necklace is my favourite
i got:

- the aubergine necklace pictured above
- the red and yellow wood beaded necklace pictured above
- a yellow lemon fimo beaded necklace
- three morning glory notebooks that i love. on the cover they have writen their color (red carnation, yellow canary, yellow lemon), i loved that detail.
- two sticker sheets
- lots of handmade cards in individual yellow and red envelopes
- a little yellow magazine holder. i really don't know if it's really a magazine holder but i's the word i found better to explain it. it's holding some craft supplies on my craft cabinet

i got more things but i can't remember it. i'll edit this later.

As soon as I saw in your info that you liked 50's and 60's things I thought of my stash of patterns I've inherited. I couldn't find dates on any of them, but the prices were in pounds & shillings rather than pounds & pence, so they have to be before 1972, and going by the hairstyles I'd say they are definitely 50's and 60's.

Glad your son likes the dog buttons too
