I got it on-line from Harrisville Designs. I could order the loops by the color I needed not just in a big 'ol mixed bag. These are also wool so they are a bit better quality that the craft store version. 

I bet the loom is the same though. I used just your basic square metal loom.

To bind off I just followed the directions that came with the loops. You can find that on the Harrisville Design web page too.

Look on page three of those directions. I followed pattern number two. Be sure to post photos of your creations when they are done!

In other news....I'm waiting for it to get cold enough to actually wear this skirt out! I can't wait!
