Wow, I was literally JUST looking at my bookshelf (full of old, useless books) and was thinking of making like a cubby hole type display shelf for the wall.

This is beautiful, and much better than what I had brewing in my head. I may have to steal your idea!!

I love it. When I first read the title, I thought it was going to be some giant bookshelf size thing looking all haphazard, but it looks super awesome and classy looking.

Thanks for the tut.

Wow, what an idea! I've recently acquired a new set of encyclopedias - and have been trying to figure out what to do with my old ones. When I say old, I mean OLD - My grandmother bought them when my mother began grade school - so I'm guessing they're dated somewhere around 1970 - and they've been used by bunches of kids so they're pretty dead in the pages. But they're still solid as a rock.

How sturdy are they? Could my old encyclopedias hold my new ones on the wall?

So cool!
