Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I am tickled that everyone likes my boat. 

I kept telling my wife that I was concerned that the boat idea wasn't really Kitschy, but it was definitely over the top for using the materials from the list... 

Speaking of my wife, she's plotting my demise by putting the finishing touches on her submission. It should be really cool, when all of the pieces come together. Definitely Kitschy!

If there is enough interest, I can write a tutorial on how I built the Good Ship Ragu. I already have a couple of ideas for improving the whole concept.

I would be interested in a tutorial.  It looks amazing.  I didn't even know you could spray paint pasta.  I would have thought it would just run right off.  I can only imagine all of the things you could make out of fettucine.
