I drew this in my sketchbook one day, and turned it into this:
http://static.flickr.com/76/156624636_3655d51730.jpg
the drawing is about 2 inches tall, the embroidery is about 10. it changed some when I redrew it bigger, but I like how it turned out. I'll probably do more like this. great way to use those crazy stream of consciousness doodles!

That rocks! You should frame it and hang it on the wall! It would also make a great pillow face.  You could back it with some soft brown or pink fabric.

What do you plan to do with it?

Beautiful work as always!  I like the fact that you show your sketch and your finished piece. So many embroiderers or soon to be embroiderers are interested in the steps.  It's good to see how ideas come up and then are executed.

thank you everybody! I am pleased with how it turned out.

PinkyK: I stretched it on a canvas frame, like I did with this one:

I'm going to hang it on the wall. Smiley

If anyone else tries this, please post the results! I'd love to see yours!
