I love the Link one. The water-stick beads are Aquadots, and i really have been wanting to try them (to make similarly pixelated game creations) but they're kinda pricy, and seem to come with an odd assortment of colors. It seems like it would be expensive to make anything that the kits aren't specifically made for.

I have heard from a lot of kids that they are not all they are cracked up to be too.  Which is VERY unfortunate because they look like fun.

If you have Aquadots.  THROW THEM AWAY! 

The big news yesterday was that the glue breaks down into GHB (the date rape drug) when ingested.  At least 2 children are hospitalized in comas from ingesting the dots.

I MUST go buy these things. I had never even heard of them till a couple of days ago and I am now suddenly obsessed with being able to make my beloved video game characters out of these...all other projects have been forgotten...*whimpers* must. buy. beads.

THOSE AQUA DOTS ARE BANNED IN AUSTRALIA!  In the newspaper today, I saw that they had banned them there because they contain the same chemical used to make the date rape drugs... so if you've got little ones watch out! And I hear that not all that great.
