I saw this black dress at the dollar store, and how could i possibly pass up a little black dress that was only a dollar? i figured it was a reconstruction waiting to happen, but it's sat in my closet for over a year, collecting dust.
i was thinking about resizing it by adding corset ties on both sides, but other than that i have no clue. suggestions?

What about adding soemthing along the bottom, like beaded fringe (maybe in some black crystal beads).  I think that would be so fun  Cheesy
