I keep reading "sumia"; maybe put one of the "miasu"'s in black so your name can be remembered a little better?

I was going to say that I had a bit of a difficult time reading it at first, with so much white in the letters and the background, but the suggestion for adding one miasu in black sounds perfect. And would be nice and funky, break up the pink & whiteness a bit. Other than that, I like it a bunch!

I used a picture of my grandmother and great aunt in 1957 and a friend of mine helped me put it together with the atomic stars using fireworks.  I like it.  Smiley

tothe9s:
I love the retro font - one of my faves! The pics to the sides (well, pic, reversed  Grin) have a great vintage feel - not fully crisp & clear - but kinda adds to the whole feel. Very nice. I like your category name :Hair Pretties..cute.

I just changed up mine - used a crop of a fave item pic - same with the avatar...any critiques are much appreciated - thanks

This is my banner, but I don't have a logo per se. Do you think having Bernie as my avatar is a good idea, or should it be more related to my banner? Do I need a separate logo? I am trying to make my shop fairly coherent. I am not getting that many views, but I am trying to create a "brand identity". What do you think so far?

LilyLovesBernie:
avatar:There is no question that Baernie is adorable...but if you are looking for brand identity - maybe a pic of one of your favorite vintage items - maybe a macro of a detail that shouts it out...like a button or something else distinctive. And don't forget - you can change it around until you find one that you feels suits you (I have changed mine 3 times already...and have made almost 10...)

banner: I like the feel of it and the font too.

as to a logo...no rush - but I do understand wanting the package complete. My logo never even gets seen on the forums or etsy...it's on biz cards, website & labels though.

Alright, ladies... here's mine.  Feedback on the banner and avatar would be appreciated.  Here we go:

(I know they're simple, and at some point I want to get a custom logo done, but how's this for a placeholder?)
