I live in a 2 bedroom house. My craft items do not fit in the spare room. They are now in the lounge room, on the dining table and creeping into the bedroom to my partners disgust.

I need some storage items.

This may sound strange, but the other day I would not let my partner through a pair of pants out, that the zip had busted on, because I wanted to use the pin striped material for something.

*Sigh* I hope that have craft in rehab Smiley like they do in old people's homes

I am glad I am not the only one. At least when I say I am a craft addict, no one on crafster thinks I am weird.

People who don't craft can't understand that it's a habit. Not bad necessarily, but a habit. Though it does get bad when it takes over.

Actually they do have craft time in rehab. My friend's mom spent forever getting her psych degree and now works in a treatment center for people with mental and emotional problems (i know that's not the PC term, but i dont know how else to word it) and she spends all day doing crafts. the really funny thing is she's the only one in her department that doesn't have a doctorate and all of them just spend all day doing crafts, she even has access to a freaking kiln.

I'm addicted to paint colours (so much easier than trying to remember how you arrived at a given shade), paintbrushes (there is no such thing as too many) and casting supplies (so many different variations, properties, etc.). I found a Canadian supplier for pretty much any Smooth-on product. That store will be the death of me (or at least my bank account). Things get pretty ugly when I step into a dollar store too.  Tongue

I think I have reached the point of "stash beyond life expectancy". I have too much fabric. My mother in law gave me what amounts to the entire contents of her old quilting room, with more on the way.  I have five LARGE boxes full. And more in the back room. I need to think of simple, big projects to do to get rid of this stuff. It is not cheapo fabric either. I have lots of Michael Miller and Kaffe Fasset. MIL was a quilter for a while until she started travelling for work.
