Hi,
I don't really have any pointers on how to make it, but since it's in the Burda Easy Fashion Magazine it shouldn't be too hard. If you can't afford the magazine (which would have pattern and instructions) or borrow it at the library or something (I don't know if the library where you live has magazines), why not find a store that has it and then browse those pages to get a starting point? That is, sneak a peak at the instructions and the shape of the pieces in the pattern (you won't see the whole patterns since that is folded up, but there is usually a small picture showing how to lay the pattern pieces out on the fabric to cut them out, where you could see how they are shaped).
