First of all, VERY creative. Second- did you use stencils for any of them? I visited your site, and some of your stuff looks just like or VERY similiar to stencils from the stencilry website.. Is it illegal to sell those? I don't know.. Just thought I would mention it. But again.. I think your stuff is very cute!

No, we don't use stencils. There are a couple towards the bottom of our site that are actually imitation Threadless shirts, those are just suggestions of the type of work we do as are the rest of the shirts. We don't have an actual catalog per say. I counted, there are only four of those though and we're probably getting rid of them soon.

I hate to be a broken record, but I can't believe that stuff is hand painted!  What sort of brushes/paint applicators do you use?  (especially to get tiny text- like on the mushroom shirt- come out readable)?  I'm very curious.

and great job.  I love a lot of the shirts and the 2nd pair of jeans!

The tiny text is just using the paint tube as an applicator. The paint we use (Polymarck) comes in small 2 inchish containers that have nozzles so we just use it directly on the fabric. It's great for getting fine lines all the same width. The paintbrushes that we rarely use (they're just not nearly as much fun) are the type from Rag Shop were you get 25 for $2.50. Haha.. Real cheap stuff. We also use those sponge brushes for big area where you can buy like 50 for $1. We have this issue with forgetting to wash paint brushes so normal pricey brushes don't work for us.

And thank you!
