I decided to knit Tribbles for my Science Fiction English Prof.
He's a big fan of the original star trek, i gave them to him and told him:
"do not feed, and keep away from klingons"
he laughed so hard his face turned red.

You've got to admit they are cute.
Even if they were hell to make (eyelash with 3mm needles=a reason to drink).

I think i have to make those for my dh... can you tell me what you did?  I think I might use fun fur but also acrylic (I have some cheap stuff) and larger needles, that will make it faster won't it?

SOO Funny!~!

Yay you!

Too cool!  Cheesy

Ditto on wanting to know how you made them --

--AND ditto on the envy of having a Sci Fi English class!

Can you post the reading list for the Sci-fi class?  My dh took one as an undergrad before we were married, I wanted to take it too, but was already taking 18+ hours. Embarrassed   They read from short story anthologies exclusively.  Good names: Heinlein, Asimov, Bradbury, LeGuin,... but not names known for short stories.  I'm curious to see how different your reading list was.
