So, I'm thinking of starting the Sideways Spenser, http://www.radialhonesty.com/photos/albums/blog/sideways_spencer.thumb.jpg
except... I don't know if I can get my hands on the pattern, and I would like to try drafting one myself..

Has anyone knit this sweater, or ones like it? (It is knit flat from one sleeve to the other)

I don't understand how to increase from the end of the first sleeve to the body - it seems like there are way to many stiches added at once for it to be just a m1 or something like that. Is the first sleeve seamed to the body?

ps. - I'm sorry if I borrowed the picture from your blog, i couldn't find any other ones. Cheesy

why not ask comsmic pluto? She's an AMAZING knitter... she's actually my knitting hero.
