I received today!!

vampirategurl08 sent me the most awesome beaded necklace and a few bracelets to match! I love it all. Thank you so much! I'll try and post pics soon (as soon as it stops raining and the sun comes out).

Be what you would seem to be - or, if you'd like it put more simply - never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise.

I recieved today!!!  ThatDarnPunk sent me a BEAUTIFUL needle roll for all my knitting needles and crochet hooks, which up until this time have been kept in an old sock. Undecided

Not any more though!  I LOVE THE fabric, and it looks so professional!  It even has a flap at the top to tuck your needles into, so they don't slide out!  Maybe all needle rolls have that, but it totally impressed me!  She also sent my first set of stitch markers, crochet ones too!!!  Yay!!!  And a package of little cute kitties to craft with!    Woot!
I only have one pic, 'cause the photo-hosting was being a jerk.

The pic doesn't do the fabric justice, it's this pretty pale green silky fabric, with japanesey flowers on it.

Thanks ThatDarnPunk!!!!!

I can't believe I missed this one! Here's to wishing for a round two. All of you are such crafty, clever people. It's amazing how much you can stuff in a package, and stick it to Canada Post.

Great needle roll, ThatDarnPunk! Is that black ribbon for tying it shut?

Ok, here are the pictures of what starpiste sent me :
(I was really surprised by how fast it got here!)

She sent me a wrist pouch with a swallow embroidered on it (i'm still amazed that she did the embroidery by hand, its fantastic), 2 collaged postcards, a sweet little key necklace, little soaps (the pink is my favourite, its called "Butt Naked" Grin ), a bag full of odds and ends for collaging (which i do a lot of), and an explanitory note on the cutest paper!

Behold!!

everything:

Thank you again starpiste, this has been an awesome first swap for me, and certainly not the last!
