Hi Conkers,  Welcome to Craftster.  A few questions -- is it a wet felted piece or a needle felted piece?  How dense? can it hang on it's own with out waffeling?

You can make a casing and hang it much like a quilt, you can thread tack it to a canvas (or other acid free stretched fabric over a frame)

You can sandwich it between two pieces of plexiglass - press the pieces together at corners and hang it.

Good luck

Thanks for the welcome! Its a wet piece (i've only just found out about needle felting!) Its not very dense and it's a bit patchy in places. it ranges from 2mm to 4mm where i built it up on the paisleys.

I don't think it would hang well on it's own so I was considering mounting it on a larger piece to give it a border. Although i do really like your idea of sandwiching it between plexiglass!!

Thanks once again.
