Here are the little guys I needle felted for the forest friends swap. I was very proud of the bunny, but a bit disappointed in the skunk (poor little fella). I have some ideas to do better next time I make a little creature!  They were fun to make!! Especially the bunny, he hopped right along, but that darn skunk just WOULDN'T cooperate! Good felt day/bad felt day I guess! Anyway...here they are!

Oh my the big "cotton tail" on bunny is so cute.  And the skunk, gosh, it is definately recognizable.  Looks to me as though you did great on both 3D projects.

As for good felt days, bad felt days-- am sure we all feel the same with our work too.  Sometimes it is us, some days I find it hard to get centered, focused and let the work flow, other times amaze myself.  Sometimes it is the fiber, the needles, the humidity, who know what else.

thanks so much for sharing these great pieces.

They're so darn cute!  I don't think the skunk came out bad at all- at least he didn't spray you, right?
