This is a tote I made for my stepmother for her birthday, she loves stuff with flip-flops on it. I added the sequines on the flipflop straps, the handles are ribbon that i buttoned onto the bag. She loves it, she uses it for her knitting. Sorry the pic isnt that great.

That's super cute.  I love all the bright colors.  The ribbons buttoned to make handles is a really great touch!

I love the sequin Idea.  i'm making a beach bag for my sister-in-law for part of her graduation present, and was thinking of using flip flops.  I may have to borrow your embellishment idea!:)

Thanks for the suggestion I entered it, hopefully it's okay that i didnt make it intending for it to be a beach bag, but it's definitely big enough to be one.
