it's the first skirt i've ever made, so it's kind of sack-like. but it came out so, so much better than i thought it would. i am proud of myself! i posted it here because i have gotten a lot of help from the tutorials on this forum, so thanks to all you crafty kids.

i like it! especially the material. the style is nice and simple and the fabric. good idea. (just an idea) but i think like a white ruffle at the bottom would look cute. if ytour handsewing, dont bother. it is a pain in the arse!

thanks! i wanted to do a ruffle or something, but i've been using a batt-operated mini-machine since my ancient kenmore finally bit the dust, & towards the final hemming, my little sewasaurus rex was starting to wimp out on me. it's made from old pajama pants [so it really belongs in the other borard but i'm new, kindly forgive], & the material is really, like, worn in, so the ruffles looked weird with it, i think. maybe on my next venture!
