My best friend is graduating this month and I would love to have a really cool painting done of her. The only problem is, when it comes to painting I am a lost cause! Would anybody be willing to do a painting for commission? Just let me know how much you want and show me an example of what you do, and hopefully it'll work out!

Thanks!

I would definately be interested, depending on your budget. However, I'll be out of town until the beginning of June, and I'm having hand surgery on June 5th. So it would depend on how much time you'd want me to spend on it (I generally spend at minimum three weeks on a painting, but I could easily spend less time on a small one). For example, if you want it done in a week, I could get it done by June 5th. Hopefully. (I'm still in class, so I'll also be working on a painting for that.) I can take longer if you'd like, as well.

Umm...I have some work on deviant art. http://catae.deviantart.com But i don't actually have a lot of painting work up there, even though that's what I've done the most of. But here are direct links to three paintings:

   http://www.deviantart.com/view/29736921/
   http://www.deviantart.com/view/29504937/

I'll probably have to think about it, too. Smiley It'll just depend on how much I need money (which is currently a lot!), how much time I think I'll have, and how my hand is holding up. But definately let me know if you're interested.
Generally I try to charge $10 an hour, with the final price for a painting ending up between $300 and $500. Obviously you probably won't want to spend that much, and since I'm guessing that it wouldn't be as large as most of my paintings, it could probably be pretty easy to get it much much lower. Like maybe $100? It's negotiable.

Eh. Not so much a painter. But I can draw if you change oyur mind about that. Heres my gallery, www.artfolios.org/holiday. It would probably take about 6-12 hours depending on the size. If your intrested we can work out the price. How much are you willing to spend? I wouldn't be charging over 100 in any case. Maybe around 60 + S%H.

Lell me what you think.

I do commissioned portraits in coloured pencil.
You can find examples over here.
I work from photographs and charge 100 ($ 128) for single portraits as shown (plus shipping costs).
My usual delivery time is three weeks.
I live in The Netherlands, so distance (shipping time) could be a problem.
If you are interested and/or have any further questions, please feel free to PM me.
Gr,

I use acrylics, oils, and digital mostly. Thanks for looking!
