It's boiling hot here  and I'm trying to loose 10 pounds so I'm trying to find good but yummy things to eat.

I had a brainwave that I could make almost calorie-less popsicles by using light jello and crystal light. So you use a pkg of each and add 2 cups boiling water then stir and then add 2 cups cold water and then pour into jello molds. These take a while to freeze and if they are not frozen enough the popsicle stick will come out. The popsicles taste store-bought-ish and yummy!

...what's crystal light? --- like just any diet soda?

Whenever I have soda that's been in the fridge for a week that's a bit flat, I always freeze them in popsicle molds.. not very creative, but saves the soda going to waste. I love doing it with orange juice toooo yum!

Crystal Light's a drink mix. You just open a packet ot it & put it in a pitcher of water, kind of like Kool-Aid although is I felt it was always marketed towards adults (It's non-alcolholic, I was thinking in little kid mode).

Diet jello? Great idea! I was tempted to make some pops with just kool-aid but realized they wouldn't have the syrupy consitency a real storebought one has.  You just may have solved my problem.

actually ive made popsicles out of kool-aid, you just use like 2 packets or something. my mom used to make them when i was little. grape works best in my opinion because of the strong flavor.

trial and error is my suggestion
