Heres a purse i made from scraps of cotton i had laying around.  I know it's not exactly recycled, but they were pretty much trash before i figured out this to do with them.  I just wove them loosely on a loom and sewed it together with a muslin lining.  The stitching is kind of rough to stick with the aesthetic of the whole purse.  the handles are just braids of the same materials.

I love the colors. Did this take long to make? I definitely could use some of the scraps I have for something more useful like this ha

no, it didnt take too long to make, the funnest part was that it didnt matter how neat it was.  I could make a mistake and just keep going without having to be a perfectionist!
