Hehe I was bored so I thought I'd show you through pictures. Pillows are very fun and simple!

one day i'll be wondering how
i got so old just wondering how
i never got cold wearing nothing in the snow
this is way beyond my remote concern

To get your rough edges on the inside of the pillow, you simply cut out two squares, and then put the RIGHT SIDES (the side you want on the outside of the pillow) TOGETHER.  Then you sew around the outside of the square, leaving a 2 or three inch area not sewn toghether, like so:
_=edge of fabric

  l  . . . .      . . . . .  l
  l  :                    :  l
  l  :                    :  l
  l  :                    :  l
  l  : . . . . . . . . . .:  l

Then you simply flip the pillow inside out through the area at the top you left unsewn, and you can either hand sew it up, or machine sew it close to the edge.  If you are still confused, pm me.
hope that helps
