Actually, I guess it depends on how much choice you are planning on giving to your partners for colors, etc.
For the pads it will be a choice of cow or cat fabric.
Would anyone want  black and white elephants?

I'd dig grey and white or grey and black!

But you don't have to craft 15 items in 18 days, I know I've already started my pads.  It is kinda nice doing it like an assembly line instead of one at a time.  I think I will see how far along I am when June 1 gets here.
ya, that really was the whole point of this swap, was that it was a grab bag sort of thing, but in the last round, so many people wanted to give their recipients options of colors or whatever... I personally will give options of the items after they are finished, not really doing custom orders... I also like to do things assembly line style, just like I am doing a batch of items for my etsy shop or for selling in a farmers market. It gives me the sense of how many items I can do in how much time, and it's good practice for figuring out how much production I can handle Smiley

~ I just thought I'd add... that I DEFINATELY do custom orders, just not for this swap you know? Smiley

You make a good point... I was thinking I could only do 5 taking into consideration some custom choices. Assembly line style I may be able to do 10! I don't think I'm going kamikaze for 15 though, that sounds kinda make that really rough!

Javastain, I'm going to give it some more thought and PM you tommorrow!

Devilninny, those cherry blossom cards are AWESOME!

Ok!
I think I'm going to sign up to do mosaic knit cuffs- 1ea/ with an interesting vintage button. Like the three shown here (in the last photo it's the pink one at the top)

Is that something people would like?

i love the cuffs!

and im glad you like the cherry blossom cards.  they were fun to make.  would anyone else be interested in them?  it'd be easier for me to just do 5 sets of four of them, then to do all different ones.  im just trying to decide if i should throw in another batch of items.  that would make 2 batches of collage art (10 total which are small, but customized for you) and a batch of cards (which are five sets of four cards).  ahhh numbers!

and excuse my elephant comment...i was confusing the elephant stuffies and the cloth pads!  argh!

That's ok, devilniny, your cat is pretty darn cute. Would love to have a set of your cards too!
Since the elephants are geared more towards 3 colors, I will probably go ahead and spring for some grey.

ugg, I should stop trying to respond when I'm getting ridding for work, have to go and there was a lot more I wanted to say, oh well, talk to you all later!

Ok, here's some examples of what you might receive in my "mini" stationary sets:

Envelopes-

Paper-

The stationary would be hand stamped white paper (half sheet) and you would receive 6 sheets of stationary.  The envelopes would be tissue paper envelopes (just as sturdy as a regular envelope just covered w/pretty tissue paper Cheesy).  You would receive 3 envelopes; some of them are textured, some are plain inside, and some are patterned inside.  I will be PMing to discuss color preferences, etc.

I'll post pictures of the mini card sets later today....
