Your knitting is great, and so is the box! Is it weird that I didn't catch your avatar when I opened the thread but recognized you guys on the box from seeing it around craftster? No, I think that speaks to what a talented rendition it is.

Wow.  You do some really fantastic work.
I think you should give the Big Bird legwarmers their own thread, because they're so creative and well-executed that I could see them in the Featured Projects.  Just a thought.  Smiley

The Jaywalkers were made with Regia yarn.  I don't remember the colourway.  I bought 8 balls of the stuff like 3 years ago at the huge Mary Maxim tent sale that they have every summer and I still have 2.5 balls left.  I liked how it worked in this pattern.

About the legwarmers - I thought about making them into their own post but I alwasy feel bad cluttering up the boards which is why I try to lump a bunch of stuff together.  And honestly I didn't think people would liek them so much.  I was sure you'd all look at them and think "yeah.... you're weird"  which is how everyone at work responds to them (granted I work with all non-crafty men).  So thanks for the comments everyone!  I'm glad to see I'm not nuts for making these. Cheesy
