Here's my first item wrapped in wire that isn't a bead or marble just done in a spiral.  It's for my mom for Mothers day.  It's almost 2" long, but she's been wanting a really big pendant.

Thanks all for the speedy replies.  I have tons of glass and copper wire.  I think I'll be doing more of this style.  I do love copper (it doesn't hurt that it's dirt cheap either Smiley )

My mom has always been crazy about beach glass! And I love the wire wrapping - expecially that tiny squiggle at the end.
Great job!

I have a bracelet made of the same wire, and I've been wearing it for 2 days.  So far no green.

Copper has the most amazing properties. I use it in a lot of my jewelry because of this. It interacts with your skin and body heat and turns all sorts of beautiful colors. Fun Fact: Dave Matthews and his wife had their wedding rings made from melted pennies of their birth years.
