OK so I finally got around to make these cuffs that I have been wanting to make with ties that my hubby was tired of. They took all of like 3 min each. And now I have 2 new cuffs Smiley Yippy....

OH!  i just bought a bunch of ties at thrift to make my dtr a skirt --- oooo, she definitely needs cuffs too!

I had an idea similar to yours, I wanted to make my wife a skirt or even dress out of ties. Cools idea the wrist cuffs. i've alsl heard of a lady making little change purses out of old ties.
There should be an entire forum of what to make with old men's ties. I'm sure the projects would be amazing.
There's always a million ties at thrift shops.
