akredhead - yay! the Pulp shrine made it to you! I was getting worried!

Glad you like the Hedgehog Smiley

irid3sc3nt - The War of the Flowers by Tad Williams is a stand alone book (not part of one of his series) its REALLY good IMO and worth a read, its more like the Otherland series than the Dragonbone Chair (haven't finished that one yet though).

Also, slightly off topic, dont read the first few books in the Discworld series first. Start in the middle or with Mort if you want an early one, you'll get a better idea of the feel of the series by starting in the middle (I've been reading Pratchett for 12 years LOL wow I feel old now). Wierd but true.

leylia received the pin cushion I made for her, so I thought I'd go ahead and post a picture (hope you don't mind leylia!)

she's a big star trek fan so I made her a pin cushion I thought would look like standard issue Enterprise gear for the on board seamstress ^_~

actually it was an accident! I colored the stars on shrinky dink paper and cut circles around them, then stuck the pins through the shrink paper,  put them in a piece of cotton and baked. they just curled up on their own.

I got two wishes from crnaofca last week- some beads and a flower pin from my Wists.  Our camera battery is flat so hopefully she can post some pictures, otherwise I'll post some soon!  Thanks crnaofca for the great package.

I'm really sad rinse_repeat hasn't got her package - and more so if she has got it and doesn't say anything. Where are you? I've pm:ed you lots of times and can see you haven't been active for a while. Anyway, I swear I did not flake. These are the things I sent. A handbound mixed paper journal in colours you like, loteria paper and beads.

The cover to that book is very nice, antigone, and I love the flair you put in the stitching.  I sure hope your package wasn't taken hostage by the postal service   Undecided
