I have a large collection of retro cookbooks (I'm a collector) and I think my absolute fave would be "Cooking with Meat...Now in Colour!"...never mind the fact that the colour they used is so unlike the actual colours of nature that all of the food looks OLD and aged and is so stomach-churning.

I'm thinking of making a site devoted especially to that one book.  Tongue
