I would make put a tutorial on here but I really don't think there's any need. It was really quite simple. All I did was cut off the bottom, hem it up, change the buttons, and add some lace. Anyone could do it. I love thrifts stores so much. A lot of the clothes are old and ugly. You just have to look at what they could be, not what they are.
