*Sigh* boredom is a dangerous thing!!  I like using you guys as guinea pigs for my crafting experiments, ha ha!!

Writer78--you just gave me an idea to improve upon my lunch bag journals--some sort of ribbon or tie to hold in all the potential junk!!  I just figured it would hold some pictures, ticket stubs, etc.  without too much trouble but I forgot you were a little, uh, on the extreme side of collecting  so a closure of some sort is a great idea!! Thanks!!

I saw an awesome journal on here somewhere (by accident and now I can't seem to find it again!)--man, it had about 50 pages, ribbons, etc. so you really can go crazy!!  I recommend that everyone into papercrafts try this--it was a blast!!

I will spare everyone except my intended receiver the story of the tote bag--let me just say I got an instant tan--on my hands only--uh, can everyone say "oil-based oak stain"?

Oh, and jaami--I can hardly get a swap in the ongoing swap because YOU are fast and an awesome swapper yourself!! Everyone picks you while I am at work and don't have my list ready to go--wahhhh!

Yes, everyone, this journal IS as good as it looks, and better!!  alwaysin has a flair for decoupage.  I swear, June is apparently "Spoil Writer78 Month" - surprises from MyrnaLoy and Fidget, and now a ridiculous spoiling from alwaysinmyroom!  Part of me is embarrassed to be on the receiving end of all this largesse - but most of me is just too giddy with joy to be embarrassed!!

Oh my gosh!! Those are incredible!! I love the one with the fish!  What is the band made of? Wrapped jute? Beads?  They look terrific together, too!!
