Here are the things I sent KCGal!

A handsewn pink pillow with baby pink trim, a picture frame with a quote from "Legally Blonde", a woven earring holder and a pair of earrings

Close-up of the ribbon on the pillow

Close-up of the picture frame

Woven earring holder on a cardboard backing

And a close-up of the pair of earrings (sorry it's so blurry!)

I loved this swap! Everyone else's items are gorgeous Cheesy

Yea!  I'm glad you posted pics, angelofmusic867.  I'm already putting the earring holder to work, and I rested on my new pillow while watching the national Spelling Bee tonight!

Pink on, ladies.

I received from Superstitch tonight! And now I know why she chose her handle- oh my goodness is she an amazing wonder with the needle and fabric! I am now the VERY proud owner of the most fantastic embroidered PINK hula girl wall hanging, an absolutely divine patterned wallet, and last but not least, a fantastic pink wooden beaded bangle bracelet! I love them ALL!!

The fiance has been wanting to turn our living room "beach shack" themed, so the wall hanging is especially perfect!

Pictures coming once there's daylight...

That earring holder is GREAT!!! I want to make one myself too; maybe out of a frame so I can hang it.
I live a knitting life, everything else is secondary. "Want to go out for a drink?" "Nope, sorry, I have a project at home that I'm close to finishing."

Thanks *k*!!!!  This has got to be the best swap package I've ever received!!!!Even my husband was impressed tooo.
(The pics dont do any justice coz I took the photos at night.  Will repost the pics as soon as I took better pics in the sunlight)

Yay!  I'm so glad you liked the package, LiN!

Since I have pics, I'll go ahead and post them.  Hope you don't mind.  Smiley

The main item was a purse made of boucle with pink satin trim and sparkly pink buttons.  The top has pleating that isn't really visible in the pictures.  And the flower (close-up shown by LiN earlier) is a brooch that can be kept on the purse or removed for wear.

The tutorial for the brooch was found on this wonderful blog:

And now the other little extras:

The bottom 2 items are brooches, and the top is a beaded bracelet.  The bracelet is made up of different pink and clear glass beads of different sizes and shapes.  The flower brooch is made of felt and fabric with an irridescent button, and the other is a crocheted backing with fabric sewn on and decorated with various beads and a pink flower button.

That is an awesome package *k*!

I am not sure which item is my favorite! I adore the brooches!
