Ok, I have to tell the story behind this guy. A few months ago, I ordered a comforter , pillow cases, etc. from a catalog. Then a couple weeks later I was at a local fabric store and they had the same exact fabric of the set I ordered! And it was on clearance!!  How often does that happen? I bought it all and made some matching curtains for our bedroom (instead of buying them for $40 I spent about $10) and had lots of fabric left over. So I made this stuffed monster. This is my first attempt at making any kind of stuffed animal/creature. I didn't use a pattern and I didn't have any stuffing at the time so I cut up an old tshirt and stuffed him with that. I used ribbon for the stripes on his legs and felt, embroidery and glass beads for his face. He has very long arms, but I love him anyway. Here he is:

Awww, he's cute.  It's neat that he matches your room, it reminds me of the Dr. Seuss Book "There's a Wocket in my Pocket" about all these creatures that live in the house with this boy.  Maybe you could make one fo reach room in your house and hide them in odd places?

thanks! I love that idea! I've always imagined little creatures hiding all around just out of sight. It would seem like they camoflaged themselves to the decor!
